Top 10 Sexiest MMORPGs of 2016/2017
I’m sure you want to know what the sexiest MMORPGs around currently are, right? Right. Course you do.
So let’s get into it.
Kingdom Under Fire II
So Kingdom Under Fire II was announced way back in 2008 and hype for the game was literally off the charts.
That was back then.
It’s currently 2017 and there is still no mention of a Western release for the game, however there is an English server located in South East Asia for anyone wanting to try the game out.
Age of Conan
Also made in 2008, Age of Conan is based on the popular Conan novel by Robert E. Howard.
Probably one of the most explicit MMORPGs in this list due to its incredibly graphic nature and provocative use of nudity.
Even with its over-sexualization it still fell flat due to the pay to play model it employed throughout much of its life.
TERA: Rising
TERA was one of the earlier released South Korean MMORPGs to show the world exactly how sexy you can make a game, even without nudity, and has spawned a plethora of MMORPG knockoffs since.
Originally released in 2011, TERA still manages to hold up against games released much later, likely due to switching to a free to play model after realizing its pay to play model wasn’t working.
ArcheAge
Another South Korean MMORPG, ArcheAge released to insane popularity in 2013.
People quickly realized however that the game was a mess due to publisher Trion making the game, in many players’ words, pay to win.
Still around in 2016 – and recently off of the high of their large 3.0 update, ArcheAge has managed to gain somewhat of a second wind, if even temporarily.
Moonlight Blade
Moonlight Blade was originally released in China in 2015.
Looking far more Asian than any other title in this list, and having a traditional Chinese setting, Moonlight Blade has recently been picked up for a Western release due in the near future.
Featuring a truly huge world and some ridiculous looking (realistic) character models, Moonlight Blade looks like it could do incredibly well upon release.
Vindictus
Vindictus, or as it is known in Asia: Mabinogi Heroes, is another Korean MMORPG released in 2010.
Vindictus released to critical popularity due to its amazing graphics, character creation, and change of pace from traditional MMORPGs at the time.
One of the problems the game did face however was the fact that a lot of Western gamers strongly deplore gender or character locked classes in MMORPGs.
Revelation Online
Revelation Online, released in China in 2015, is set for a 2017 Western release.
Feeling very reminiscent of Blade and Soul, Revelation Online attempts to capture the same audience that NCSoft’s Blade and Soul MMORPG drew in earlier last year.
Feeling a little more grounded and quite well optimized in comparison – Revelation Online just might accomplish their goal!
Bless Online
Bless Online has yet to be released, but enough content has been released and enough betas have passed to both know and appreciate just how great it looks.
It will however find some competition with both Revelation Online and Final Fantasy XIV’s Stormblood expansion both launching in the same year.
Black Desert Online
While having arguably the best graphics in this list, Black Desert doesn’t capture the same amount of.. let’s call it.. sexual.. pizzazz that #1 does.
Another MMORPG released by Korea in 2014, Black Desert Online is one of the best looking MMORPGs on the market right now, with some of the best action combat around.
Although it has some amazing customization and character creation, it just doesn’t have what it takes to hit #1.
Blade and Soul
I’m sure you’s saw this coming when Black Desert was at #2.
Yet another South Korean MMORPG released in 2012, Blade and Soul has literally become the personification of sexiness in MMORPGs.
Featuring some of the most ridiculous, over the top body proportions you can imagine, Blade and Soul absolutely decimated the market for pervs interested in curvy women in tiny outfits.
