Project Snow is an Upcoming Anime Third Person Shooter RPG
If you don’t like Anime MMORPGs – Anime games in general.. then this probably isn’t going to appeal to you. But, if you’re a fan of beautiful animation, deep, thought provoking narratives, and uh… well, more cultured content, then please, stick around for a few minutes.
So I figured now was the perfect time to do a cover a new upcoming Anime RPG – one that genuinely looks like it has potential: “Project Snow.”
Set in a post-apocalyptic world, players take on the role of a member of the Heimdall Force, an elite unit tasked with saving mankind from “Titans,” monstrous creatures that have been terrorizing the world for the last several years.
With the setting laid out.. let’s go ahead and take a look at the trailer for the game. To get a gauge for it and discuss what we saw.
Alright, so I’m not typically a fan of third person action shooters when it comes to my Anime games. But I feel like… that still looked pretty sick. Character movements seemed very slick, very fluid.
Special effects for abilities looked great – and the waifu material… well, I think we can all agree that regardless of what you think of the game, the waifu’s were top-tier. As were the angles they utilized to capture footage.
The game kind of reminded me a lot of SoulWorker. It has a similar setting in terms of story: You’re an elite member of a military force set out to save the world from an evil force that has driven mankind to the brink of extinction.
There are lots of cute girls. Yup, they seem pretty much the same to me.
A Closed Beta test was just held recently, and while I didn’t get in myself, I do have a link on where to pre-register on our website for those of you interested in potentially getting into the next test phase.
There is no confirmed release date within its country of origin right now, and as such there is definitely no release date scheduled for outside – over here in the West.
While this definitely looks like it could be a lotta fun, I do want to approach this with a level of caution, as it is a Chinese Anime game. They don’t have the greatest track records with regards to high quality titles.
Nevertheless, the action combat, the atmosphere of the game, the aesthetic look and feel are all seemingly high quality. So I guess we’ll have to wait and see how the game ultimately turns out.
The game looks really good and crispy it will be a great game
