Dark Ages Review - Is It Worth Playing?
Dark Ages Information
Dark Ages is a 2D semi-free to play MMORPG based on Celtic mythology and the works of author H.P. Lovecraft.
The game offers a very unique take on both its political and legal systems, allowing individual players the ability to wield in-game power, going so far as banishing people entirely from towns and areas.
Combat is very basic. You can either utilize your arrow keys to move your character, or click your mouse a direction and your character will follow. Upon reaching your desired location, you hit space-bar to attack. That’s all there is to it.
There are no classes in Dark Ages.
There are five distinct character “paths” the player is given the ability to take. Monk, Priest, Rogue, Warrior, and finally, Wizard.
Players can only choose a class upon purchasing an account. Free to play players are unable to and must remain a “peasant” – a character without a class.
