Gamigo announced quite a few MMO shutdowns over the last week. Defiance and Defiance 2050, Twin Saga, Eden Eternal. But nobody ever anticipated this: S4 League, the Anime brawler has been announced to be shutting down as well.
How many of you recall S4 League? I played this.. probably a decade ago? Back when people still actively played it and there were significantly less titles of its specific genre plaguing the scene.
But man was this a fun Anime game. Gamigo are really cleaning house with this.
It was revealed last week that the publisher, after announcing the shut down of various other titles has plans of shutting down S4 League as well, and much like each of the aforementioned MMOs, they’re shutting this down on April 29th, 2021.
They go on to list that you should navigate on over to playing ArcheAge or TROVE if you’re a fan of S4 League though, in an attempt to keep some of the remaining players left playing. Because they think ArcheAge is a game that’s similar to S4 League. Yup, I honestly have no idea what their plan is other than trying to salvage the few players that might be interested in their other, more popular titles.
They close one of the few anime-style mmo with decent animations and an inimitable play style gamigo-aeria game just can’t handle a game that could still have given a lot … a waste
Serious? I still want to play, i had so much nostalgia and love for this game….
Shutdown in 2021 April 29th? Dude… I wanted to play , i tried to log into my account…

But like i wasted so much time…..
How could you do this? Many people loved that game and since it was bought by an idiot it was dead.
You log in and you get an error instantly….for weeks….
Because some idiot bought it and said “i’ll handle it”.
You know the feeling when you listen to a music you heard years ago?And its still good,but you forgot about the existence of that song?
I hope you lose all your papers in the middle of the road to Uzbegistan and get shot….
